拓荒者111：109延長勝活塞，迎來4連勝，對陣東區球隊保持不敗。

利拉德（Damian Lillard）在還剩0.1秒時完成絕殺，全場得23分中有8分是在延長賽所得。

活塞在第四節開始時領先13分，但是關鍵時刻進攻乏力，攻下31分的喬-史密斯（Josh Smith）說：「這太糟糕了，沒有比這更糟的事情了。」

正規時間還剩30.8秒時，馬修斯（Wesley Matthews）兩罰全中，幫助拓荒者追平比分。

「大部分時間，我們都做的不錯，尤其是擋拆配合，」活塞主帥奇克斯（Maurice Cheeks）說：「我們限制他們的三分球，這是我們賽前重點佈置的。」

這場比賽，禁區得分活塞隊以68：42占優勢，進攻籃板活塞以18：15領先。

「斯塔基的防守很棒，隊友們告訴我要多做幾次變向運球才有可能擺脫他，」賽後利拉德說：「我的第一次嘗試被他封死了，他根本不會讓我接近籃框，因此我選擇向右側轉身，做了個假動作，將球投了出去。能夠投中這一球感覺很棒，但是此前許多次投籃都沒有進。」

拓荒者中鋒洛佩茲（Robin Lopez）說：「我覺得超前比分的機會一直都在，但是我們總是抓不住，直到最後時刻，我們最後的防守也做的不錯。」
