新北招募都更家教助自力更新

（中央社記者王鴻國新北市16日電）為協助社區民眾自力從事「都市更新」，新北市政府將招募「都更家教」，讓民眾不靠建商也能自己主導改造家園。

新北市城鄉發展局指出，目前國內都市更新推動多由建商發起，但常因部分地區房價較低或誘因不足，導致建商對老舊社區重建興趣缺缺。

城鄉發展局長張璠說，為協助社區加速推動「自力更新」，首創「都市更新推動師」的制度，也就是培養「都更家教」，用專業素養和協調能力，深入社區，協助民眾自己重建家園。

新北市都市更新處長王玉芬表示，將從民國103年1月2日開始報名招募「都更家教」，以培訓具備專業素養的一群種籽成員，帶著民眾一起推動更新流程，

她說，招募的「都更家教」需完成「都市更新」配套課程培訓並通過考核者，將獲頒「都市更新推動師」證書，協助都市更新提案有成者，還能獲得提案獎勵金，達到社區自力更新與推動師獎勵「雙贏」的結果。1021216
