德政府拒還猶太裔商人的畫作蒐藏

德國財政部18日回絕猶太裔商人艾姆登（Max Emden）子孫的請求，拒絕歸還艾姆登收藏的兩幅貝洛托（Bernardo Bellotto）18世紀畫作，理由是這兩幅畫賣出時，艾姆登已逃到瑞士。

德國財政部發表聲明說，這兩幅畫不能被視為「被迫販賣」。不過，艾姆登的子孫主張，祖父當時在德國經營的生意遭納粹脅持，不得不變賣畫作逃亡。（美聯社）
