傳金溥聰接副閣揆 綠：政院誰說了算？

駐美代表金溥聰將在下周一至立法院外交及國防委員會報告。有傳言農曆年前將進行內閣改組，金溥聰將接任行政院副院長，民進黨團書記長吳秉叡質疑，若傳言屬實，以後行政院到底誰說了算？

吳秉叡說，他不知傳言是否為真，但民主政治是責任政治，必須權責相符、安於其位，否則若做決策是副院長，責任是院長扛，很不公平，有權無責並非好方式，也是對民主政治很大的反諷。
