廣告不實 現代與起亞汽車同意賠償近四億美元

南韓現代起亞汽車集團誇大里程數，被告廣告不實，案子和解，現代汽車要拿出三億九千五百萬美元，賠償給消費者。

美國環保單位去年調查發現，現代與起亞有13款車子，誇大里程數，兩家公司都認錯，不過把責任推給作業疏失，它們同意對消費者提出補償，現代汽車的車主平均可以獲得三百五十多美元，起亞汽車可以拿到六百六十多美元的賠償，不同型款的車子，金額會有差異。

這項和解還需要法院批准，預定明年初可以定案。
