《國際產業》看好「軟」實力，三星軟體部門將擴編一倍

【時報-記者柯婉琇綜合外電報導】韓國經濟日報報導，三星電子正加速朝轉型為軟體公司的目標前進，過去一年半內增聘了1.3萬名軟體工程師，並計畫在2020年以前，將軟體部門員工人數提高一倍至7萬人。

三星電子在周二表示，旗下軟體相關員工人數已達3.8萬人，其中2萬人在南韓、1.8萬人在海外。與2011年12月三星宣布轉型計畫時相比，三星電子的軟體部門員工人數增加了52%、或1.3萬人。

三星計畫在2015年以前，將軟體人力提高至5萬人，並在2020年以前進一步擴充至逾7萬人。

三星積極轉型為偏重軟體的公司，主要因為硬體產品的價格持續下滑，而規格與功能卻日漸同步化。相反的，軟體日漸成為競爭力的主要來源，因為軟體能提供具區別性的體驗與價值。
