網站擺烏龍 售出超廉價機票 達美認了

達美航空網站擺烏龍，因為電腦作業疏失，它賣出了一些超廉價的機票，達美航空認倒楣，撿到便宜的人樂歪了。（夏明珠報導）

達美航空辛辛那提與明尼亞波利斯來回機票，只賣25.05美元，辛辛那提往返鹽湖城，也只要48.41美元，這兩條航線的航空票價通常都超過四百美元。

烏龍在美東時間星期四早上十點發生，持續了兩個小時，訊息在網路上傳開，一名27歲的女子試圖用98美元，購買巴爾的摩到檀香山的頭等艙機票，可惜她來不及在票價更正前，完成交易。不過比她幸運的大有人在，有人用這個價格、也就是不到三千塊台幣，買了六張飛夏威夷的頭等艙機票，簡直樂瘋了，一個消費權益保障團體的發言人說，很多人都或多或少有被航空公司氣到的經驗，比方說行李箱在托運過程中損壞，航空公司不賠錢之類，逮到這個機會，剛好報仇。

很多家航空公司都發生過類似的烏龍事件，九月間，聯合航空也在把票價輸入電腦系統的時候，出了點差錯，很多人買到五美元或十美元機票。

美國運輸部門前不久頒布新的法規，要求航空公司如果錯賣廉價機票，應該認帳。
