駐布魯塞爾外交官不繳罰單 激怒比利時

派駐在「布魯塞爾」的多名外交人員拒繳違規停車罰款，激怒了比利時當局。

「布魯塞爾」向來被稱為全球「外交之都」，許多國際機構都設在當地，其中最大的兩個機構就是「歐盟」及「北約組織」。儘管根據「維也納公約」，外交人員享有司法豁免權，但是這些外交官在過去三年，對他們因為交通違規而接到的罰單置之不理，因而激怒了比利時外交部。

比利時媒體特別將「歐盟」28個成員國中，行為最惡劣的幾個點名公布，其中包括：德國、希臘、匈牙利、馬爾他、斯洛凡尼亞及塞浦路斯。而在北約組織當中，土耳其軍官上榜，在各國大使館中，則以印度及沙烏地阿拉伯，因拒繳罰單而最惡名昭彰。

比利時外交部表示，依照規定，當局會再一次寄發提醒繳款的通知；但若這些外交人員仍舊不理會，比利時外交部長打算取消這些人的外交車牌。
