卡債未清償，會扣勞退金嗎?

想請問一下??我打算勞保部分不要一次領，要辦月領的，應該每月還有一萬多可領來做生活費，但是這樣的話會不會每月一撥款下來，就被銀行扣款

不會,依強制執行法第122條規定,銀行不得扣押勞退基金或社會救助金(法條我把它寫簡單點)所以銀行不可以扣款,但如果於勞保局每月20日播款,你不提領出,就會變成存款,銀行得執行,也就是說勞保局於20日播請當提領比較穩當,

還有我欠的卡債，他們會找我老婆代位求償嗎?

不可以,配偶無義務替你還款,銀行無理由

夫妻代位求償這條法規後來到底有沒有廢除?
沒有這條
只有夫妻財產分配請求權,反正銀行現在要要錢不容易了
