玻纖一貫廠德宏工業申報發行2億元CB今生效

玻纖一貫廠德宏工業 (5475) 向金管會申報發行2億元國內可轉換公司債(CB)在今(26)日生效，德宏工業的此一市場籌資計畫可望在2014年首季完成募集。

德宏工業說，此一2億元的國內可轉換公司債發行計畫，主要用途為償還銀行借款。

明年的台商PCB業產值預估將打開停滯而恢復成長，PCB相關業者也積極籌資迎接榮景，與德宏同業的玻纖一貫廠富喬工業 (1815) 日前也簽下36億元聯貸案。

而富喬工業在2013年以來也分別以現金增資及發行CB兩籌資管道，也募集8億元的資金。
