【時報-台北電】台股開盤走高，金管會主委曾銘宗表示，基於產業基本面、資金、整體經濟狀況及國外股市經濟好轉4個層面，對股市走勢樂觀。

至於現股當沖措施預估明年1月6日上路，他認為，該機制是讓市場交易制度發揮，券商預估可增加5-10％的交易量，雖然影響股市價與量的因素很多，但金管會有信心成交量可以成長。(新聞來源：中時即時 洪正吉)
