肝癌新藥 基亞拚第一

上櫃生技股基亞 (3176)今天宣布，該公司的肝癌新藥PI-88 第三期臨床試驗，已於12月27日達成預定的500名病人收案目標，如試驗結果符合預期，最快將於明年 (103年)申請藥證。目前全球尚無任何一個藥物用於早期肝癌治療，基亞的PI-88有絕佳機會在早期肝癌術後預防復發的領域，成為全球第一個上市的新藥。

PI-88於台灣、中國大陸、韓國及香港4地共25個醫學中心進行第三期臨床試驗，為全球最受矚目的肝癌新藥。

PI-88已獲歐洲及美國孤兒藥資格，並且是台灣TFDA的指標案件及中國大陸CFDA的快速審查案件，並適用「兩岸藥品研發合作專案試辦計畫」，未來優先爭取兩岸醫藥共同認證，盡速在肝癌盛行的大中華地區銷售，再推廣至全球各地區上市。
