天天馬拉松 夫婦跑一年

澳洲一對六十多歲的夫婦，去年元旦開始每天跑一次馬拉松，一年下來繞著澳洲跑了一萬五千公里。

六十八歲的馬瑞跟六十四歲的妻子住在墨爾本。他們都很喜歡慢跑。為了替四個慈善基金募款，兩口子去年決定從元旦起每天跑一趟馬拉松，風雨無阻，全年無休。他們每天四點起床，一天要跑上六個鐘頭。

十二月三十一號下午三點，兩人跑完了三百六十五次馬拉松，回到起點，創下連續跑馬拉松的世界紀錄。馬瑞夫婦說，天天跑一點都不累，可以一直跑下去。

馬瑞夫婦一直吃素。妻子十二年前罹患乳癌康復以後，就不吃飯和麵條了。他們為了跑馬拉松，一天要吃三十根香蕉，一些桃子、杏仁等水果和堅果。他們還要吃四公斤的甘藍、甜菜等蔬菜。

元旦當天兩人將跑最後一段四十四公里，回到家。
