《傳產》今年土地現值平均升1成多，金門調幅最大

【時報-台北電】內政部今天公告土地現值，今年全國平均調升14.19%，比去年7.95%增加許多。其中調升前3名都是外島，金門調升42.99%，連江和澎湖都有3成多。

其他縣市調升分別是台中市24.43%、桃園縣22.50%、新北市17.44%、台北市13.23%、台南市11.09%、高雄市10.42%。

內政部表示，近幾年各大都會區房價持續上升，因為去年8月起開始施行實價登錄，交易資訊揭露，公告土地現值更應反映市場動態，因此這次調整較往年更為明顯。(新聞來源：中時即時 林佩怡)
