中共不實施財產申報 教授乖乖爬行

中共自十八大後，主張「大力反腐」，大陸「杭州師範大學」法學院教授「范忠信」一年前曾經公開打賭說，他預言大陸一年內實施「官員財產申報制度」，如果沒有，他就爬行一公里，結果真的沒有；因此今年元旦，范忠信就真的爬行一公里，他的忠狗全程陪著他。

范忠信在去年一月一號，在微博發文說，他堅信，這一年，大陸會實現「縣鄉級公務員財產申報」，如果沒有，說明他輸了，智商不如豬，就要罰自己爬行一公里。結果，中共十八屆三中全會所推出的改革方案中，隻字未提官員財產申報，害范忠信真的爬了一公里。
