立院完成長照法草案初審

在立法院審議四、五年、攸關國人老年生活品質的「長期照護服務法」草案，上午終於完成初審，出了立院衛環委員會。草案除了失能者照護，也將家屬（家庭照顧者）列入服務對象。

值得一提的是，長照法草案也將外籍看護工納入長照服務體系，未來長照新制上路後，除了雇主自行聘用照護者，失能者家屬也可向長照機構提出申請，由機構派出訓練合格的外籍看護工至家中服務。
