菲南連日大雨山洪爆發二十三死

菲律賓南部地區一連下了幾天大雨，山洪爆發，有二十三人喪生，二十萬人被迫疏散。

民防人員說，受到低氣壓的影響，「棉蘭老島」東部降下暴雨，多處地方出現土石流，好幾條主要河流泛濫成災。

氣象單位預測，這場大雨，可能會持續到星期三。

菲律賓平均每年都會有二十場颱風和暴雨，奪走好幾百條人命。不過，最近三年災情特別嚴重，去年襲擊中部的「海燕」颱風，造成近八千人死亡或失蹤。
