查電鍍廢水 彰檢再展開搜索

（中央社記者吳哲豪彰化15日電）彰化地檢署偵辦電鍍廢水案，今天展開第二波搜索動作，檢方出動100多人前往彰化市福馬街及和美鎮的6間電鍍廠進行搜索。

彰化檢方表示，搜索的6間電鍍廠分別為彰化市的順柏昌實業股份有限公司、昶景實業股份有限公司、義豐工業社以及位於和美鎮的天佑工業社、勝平股份有限公司以及三合和鍍金有限公司。

彰化地檢署襄閱主任檢察官黃智勇說，這些業者涉嫌自民國99年至今偷排有毒廢水，業者行為已涉犯刑法放流毒物及有害健康之物罪嫌。1030115
