消基會：政府應考慮因應方案

國道計程收費eTag上路以來爭議不斷，用戶信心瓦解，消基會上午舉行記者會痛批遠通電收一路走來，始終讓消費者失望，計程收費頻頻發生重複扣款和烏龍扣款等情形，但遠通電收對消費者道歉的動作並沒有讓消費者感到誠意，消基會將不排除呼應網友，號召消費者一起退租eTag。

消基會秘書長雷立芬認為，若遠通電收未來還持續不斷出現不該出錯的狀況，政府就該考慮即刻起依合約收回國營，或者開放第二個業者加入市場競爭。副秘書長林宗男強調，從多次遠通電收出包狀況看來，高公局沒有做到監督的責任，反而是常替遠通電收解圍，消基會榮譽董事長謝天仁痛批:「高公局到底是人民的高公局，還是根本是為財團設立的高公局」，政府機關不應被企業綁架，而應該為人民發聲。
