議員助理暗槓150萬賠命錢拒還　家屬氣哭！準備提告

屏東縣議員柯富國的一名助理，去年受託替在工安意外死亡的排灣族青年，向工程包商談和解，沒想到他竟偷偷從中拿走150萬元，家屬後來看到包商的和解協議書，才知道受騙，氣得大罵「連這種錢也要拿」，目前已委託律師進行處理。

據報導，排灣族青年馮福榮，去年10月在蘇花改工程工作，發生意外、摔死，家屬悲痛欲絕，家中頓失經濟依靠，於是委託縣議員柯富國的助理向包商求償，家屬原本認為這名助理同樣身為原住民，應能對他們遭遇感同身受，沒想到他卻將755萬元的賠償金暗槓150萬元，還拿走60萬傭金。

這名助理事後坦承拿走150萬元，但卻拒絕歸還，辯稱是憑自己專業幫忙談賠償，有權合法請求民事賠償，縣議員柯富國表示，此事對他打擊很大，自身要檢討，用人不當。

目前家屬已委託律師，決定控告這名助理侵占、瀆職和背信等罪。
