宣布參選日，連勝文背信案調查日

國民黨中常委連勝文今日宣布參選台北市長，檢調對他被告發康師父TDR案收佣涉及背信罪同步展開調查。台北地檢署受理台北市議員鍾小平告發連勝文案，上午9時30分即將開庭傳喚告發人鍾小平到案指述，了解告發意旨，檢方開庭動作顯示並未將本案視為「濫訴」案件，今日開庭之後，將視調查內容決定有無傳訊連勝文之必要。
