澳洲昆士蘭遭逢最大規模乾旱

澳洲東北部「昆士蘭省」遭逢歷來最大規模乾旱，全省有將近百分之80的土地都備受乾旱蹂躪。

地方官員表示，二月向來是昆士蘭最濕潤的月份，但是今年二月降雨很少；比起三年前，當地豪雨成災，不可同日而語。這次乾旱已經迫使數千人撤離。

澳洲總理「亞伯特」日前已經批准了三億兩千萬澳幣的緊急抗旱基金。這項緊急救援也涵蓋已經連續兩年乾旱的「新南威爾斯省」。
