地方制度法修正 4月1日起實施

今年11月29日「七合一」選舉，內政部將配合「地方制度法」修正，新增辦理原住民區長、區民代表選舉。由於地方制度法的修正，實施日期由行政院訂之，內政部長陳威仁指出，行政院已核定4月1日起開始實施。

新地方制度法實施後，11月29日選舉投票日，將有6都的6個原住民區，恢復以自治法人身分，恢復原住民區的區長、區代表選舉。分別是烏來、和平、那瑪夏、茂林及桃源區與桃園市的復興區。

內政部也已宣布，年底「七合一」選舉，直轄市長、市議員、縣市長、縣市議員參選人，自4月25日起可收受政治獻金。
