輕軌營運權 高捷4億取得

高雄市政府昨天進行「高雄環狀輕軌捷運建設（第一階段）營運管理、維修委託服務案」議價會議，結果出爐，由高捷公司以約4億元取得營運管理權，合約期限4年。

高捷公司表示，接手輕軌營運後，將研訂完整且完善的旅運計畫，結合捷運及公共腳踏車個別優勢功能，配合市府公車系統，讓大眾運輸服務範圍及功能更延伸。

高捷公司指出，輕軌通車營運後，高雄將成為台灣第一個擁有四鐵系統的城市（高鐵、台鐵、捷運、輕軌），因輕軌路線除與捷運西子灣站及凱旋站相互交會，也行經高雄多功能經貿園區、亞洲新灣區、駁二藝術特區、美術館特區等著名高雄地標，高捷公司將積極加強觀光行銷宣傳，強顯功能。

捷運局局長陳存永表示，總建設經費高達165.37億元的環狀輕軌建設，市府在101年爭取中央補助63.63億元後，第一階段8.7公里的水岸路段工程去年6月動工，預計104年10月先行通車。
