宏碁驚傳內線交易，檢方接獲檢舉指出，去年前董事長王振堂請辭前，負責宏碁股票操盤的經理人疑似接獲高層指示，出脫持股，違反證券交易法。

檢方18日兵分14處，搜索涉案人住所及宏碁總部，並約談10名高層人員到案說明，晚間將移送複訊。
