陸漁船自動駕駛海巡找不到 列為訓練教案

一艘大陸籍漁船昨天越界捕魚，與我國漁船發生糾紛，海巡署派艦艇前往排解，五名海巡人員登上大陸漁船，不料船隻被設定自動駕駛往東北方向駛離，尾隨的海巡艦呼叫軍艦前往支援，才把大陸漁船押回基隆港。海巡署長王進旺表示，會把這起案件當做案例，加強訓練。（戎華儀報導）

兩百噸級的大陸籍漁船「浙嶺漁六九零八八號」十六號越界到我方彭佳嶼海域捕魚，與我國漁船發生絞網糾紛，五名海巡隊員帶警棍和手銬登船檢查，不料大陸漁民偷偷按下自動駕駛按鈕，海巡人員被帶走，我方一百噸級的海巡艦艇只能尾隨在後。

海巡署署長王進旺表示，海巡隊員在大陸漁船上並未遭到挾持，漁民也遭到我方人員控制，經搜救艦艇支援後，連人帶船押回基隆港。

王進旺：『本來上船以後必須控制駕駛艙，因為駕駛艙改為自動駕駛，同時設置按鈕，我們的同仁一時也沒有辦法找到按鈕，所以說才會造成耽誤，這部份我們會加強訓練。』

海巡署將全案依妨礙公務等罪嫌移送檢方偵辦，越界捕魚部分，依照兩岸人民關係條例裁罰最高五十萬元。
