協議剛過 烏克蘭槍響1死

烏克蘭東部史拉夫揚斯克市親俄派控制的檢查哨廿日凌晨發生槍擊案，造成一死三傷。攻擊者身分不明，俄國外交部歸咎於烏克蘭民族主義分子，烏克蘭政府則說是「外部」勢力挑釁。這是日內瓦協議達成後第一次致命衝突，顯示協議陷入困境。

俄國國營電視台報導，自稱為史拉夫揚斯克市長的波諾馬廖夫召開記者會說，「他們正在殺害我們的兄弟」，請求俄國派遣維和部隊。

俄國外交部迅速發表聲明，指責支持烏克蘭臨時政府的烏克蘭民族主義組織「右派」是凶手，俄國政府對槍手的行動極其憤怒，這證明烏克蘭政府對解除民族主義分子和極端分子的武裝並沒有誠意。但「右派」發表聲明說，他們與這起槍擊案無關，是俄國特種部隊挑釁。烏克蘭安全局也說，是外部勢力在挑釁。

俄、烏、歐盟和美國十七日達成協議，解散烏克蘭所有非法軍事組織，占領政府機關者必須撤出並交出武器。
