真主黨施壓 土耳其大學取消同志權益會議

土耳其媒體今天(22日)報導，土耳其的阿吐魯大學(Mardin Artuklu University)由於伊斯蘭極端教派真主黨的嚴詞批評，因而取消了一場探討「酷兒與建築」的同志人權會議。
土耳其「急進報」(Radikal)報導，親真主黨的一家通訊社表示，該會議的時間正逢先知穆罕默德生日週的一系列活動，可謂相當「不道德」，並要會議籌辦人建築系教授桑托克(Levent Senturk)證明自己不是同性戀。
就在該會議取消後，阿吐魯大學12名教授發表聯合聲明表示，「科學活動不應被仇恨言論、誹謗抹黑或斥逐心態(ostracism)所阻撓」。
土耳其雖然已將紅燈區與變性手術合法化，但目前仍明文禁止同性的伴侶關係。
