泰憲法法庭7日將宣判 若總理濫權將解職

泰國政局持續動盪不安，憲法法院對於總理盈拉濫用政府高官人事任命權一案，7日將做出宣判。

根據日本共同通信社7日曼谷報導，如果泰國憲法法院認定總理盈拉濫權、違反憲法的話，總理將立刻解職下台。泰國的政情將迎接重大的局勢變化。

泰國政壇將可能大地震，是因為目前的內閣，是經過總理盈拉簽署承認。如果真的憲法法院判決總理違憲下台的話，內閣將負起連帶責任，因此可能必須跟著集體總辭。

支持政權派可能將以「憲法法院不中立」為由，採取不接受憲法判決的方針，將可能激化與持續抗議行動的反政府派間的對立。

根據路透社報導，泰國總理盈拉6日親自到憲法法院，為自己被控以濫權違憲的罪名辯護。
