核四提案表決 國民黨立委跑票

核四爭議未歇，民進黨及台聯在立法院院會提案增列討論事項，要求行政院長江宜樺針對核四停工，赴立法院專案報告、立即停建核四、推動非核家園，及刪除核四相關預算等，但都被國民黨以人數優勢表決封殺。

國民黨立委有65席，但在核四相關議案表決時，僅有58票配合黨團運作，國民黨立委李慶華、羅淑蕾、丁守中、羅明才、呂玉玲等人都跑票，李慶華全程支持在野黨提案。國民黨政策會執行長林鴻池表示，未出席投票、或未依黨團要求投票者，將被罰款、一案至少一萬元。
