the last  在這裡表示 「最不要」，意思跟 「除非人都死了，最後剩下你，我才會嫁你」 一樣，那個最後是表示不要、不可能。所以整句意思是：

「Sam 想跟 Lora 分享故事內容，但 Lora 寧可他別說。 她最不想要就是 Sam 來破壞這個故事。她盼望自己來發掘。」
