瘖啞人士偷2隻明蝦 菜販報警送辦

一名瘖啞女子今天經過台北市某菜市場，順手牽羊偷2隻明蝦，當場被魚販逮到報警送辦，警方基於人權考量，請來台北市政府會手語的社工人員，幫女子製作筆錄，魚販表示，目前明蝦價格高漲，一隻至少200~300元，才堅持報案。警方今天晚間依竊盜罪嫌將女子送辦。
