中信銀 准併東京之星

中信金海外布局再下一城，日本金融廳（FSA）上周五（30日）已批准中國信託商銀收購東京之星銀行（Tokyo Star Bank），並可望在本周四（5日）前完成股權收購交易。

這樁交易將締造台灣金融業四大重要里程碑，包括台灣首家銀行業申請在日本設立子行、日本首次出現外資銀行併購日本當地銀行、以「一子行一分行」型態經營首案，以及金管會推出金融業打亞洲盃政策後，成功進軍海外首例。

中信銀目前在亞洲有48個分行、子行，在併購東京之星後，亞洲據點將跳升至79處，全球則達98處，成為擁有最多海外據點的國銀。

《日本經濟新聞》報導，中信銀申請收購東京之星銀行已獲日本金融廳批准，未來東京之星銀行將保留原名，該行行長入江優（Masaru Irie）將繼續掌舵。中信銀最快將在6月5日前，買下美國Lone Star基金等既有股東的所有股權。

中信金昨天表示，尚未收到日本金融廳核准函，相關外電報導不便評論。
