統一股東會通過股利案

統一(1216)去年獲利創新高，稅後淨利為127.64億元，年增率為29%，每股稅後純益2.48元，今天舉行股東會，會中順利通過去年每股配發現金股利新台幣1.5元、股票股利0.6元。

統一董事長羅智先替出，去年統一的市值正式突破台幣3千億元，已達百億美元的規模，而且根據Fobes雜誌公布全球2000大企業，統一排名第904名，較前一年度1117名提升213名，正式進入世界千大企業的行列，這樣的成績，更時時提醒統一定要持續前進，以穩健步伐來推動業務。
