陸證實設東海作戰指揮中心

中國時報【藍孝威／北京報導】

大陸國防部發言人耿雁生昨在例行記者會上，就媒體日前報導大陸設立東海聯合作戰指揮中心表示，建立聯合作戰指揮體制，是資訊化條件下聯合作戰的必要要求，等於間接證實先前報導。

不過，對於媒體同時詢問大陸設立東海聯合作戰指揮中心的目的，是否是為綜合運用防空識別區對抗日本，耿雁生沒有答覆。他還稱，長期以來，美軍艦機到中國管轄海域及其上空進行高頻度的偵察活動，這種作法嚴重影響中國國家安全，極易引發海空意外事件。

針對日本媒體對於近期中國在四大海域一同舉行軍事演習的解讀為針對日本，耿雁生駁斥，他強調：「如果有人對這些演練活動疑神疑鬼、對號入座的話，那完全是他自己的問題。」至於中國和平方舟號拒絕參加日本主導的救災演習，他說這是假消息。

耿雁生還表示，中方將於10月與美、澳兩國共同舉行聯合軍事演練。這將是中澳美三國首次舉行三邊軍事演習。
