陸對印度單模光纖 徵反傾銷稅

（中央社台北2014年8月13日電）中國大陸商務部今天發布公告，決定自明日起，對原產於印度的進口單模光纖徵收反傾銷稅，實施期限為5年。

大陸商務部網站公告，最終裁定，原產於印度的進口單模光纖存在傾銷，使大陸產業受到實質損害威脅，且傾銷與實質損害威脅之間存在因果關係。

新華社報導，單模光纖是指在一定的波段範圍內，只傳輸單一模式光信號的光纖。

單模光纖具有傳輸速率快、傳輸距離長、傳輸容量大的特點，主要使用在長途幹線、城域網、有線電視、光纖接入網（如FTTH）等網路。

根據大陸反傾銷條例的有關規定，進口商在進口印度單模光纖產品時，應依據公告中列明的各公司稅率，繳納反傾銷稅。

這項反傾銷調查是因應大陸產業的申請，商務部於2013年8月14日正式對上述產品進行反傾銷立案調查，並於2014年5月13日初裁決定對上述產品採取臨時反傾銷措施。
