台郡大漲 填權息率達5成

（中央社記者江明晏台北2014年8月14日電）台郡 (6269) 敲定國內第3次無擔保轉換公司債，轉換價81.8元，溢價率102%，台郡股價今天大漲，一度觸及漲停板74.2元，填權息率達5成。

台郡董事會通過發行新台幣20億元的國內可轉換公司債籌資案，向金管會證期局送件後已獲核准募集，台郡科技並訂出轉換價為81.8元，預計8月底前完成募集。

這是台郡國內第3次無擔保轉換公司債，以前3個營業日平均收盤價80.23元乘以溢價率102%，訂定轉換價格為每股新台幣81.8元，籌資20億元充實營運資金。

台郡今天股價大漲，一度觸及漲停板74.2元，台郡今天除權息，今年配發1元股票股利、2.5元現金股利，開盤參考價為69.4元，填權息率達5成。

不過，受到業外損失和稅率高於預期，台郡第2季每股盈餘(EPS)僅0.09元，年減近9成，德意志給予「中立」評等，目標價從85元降至82元。

德意志仍看好蘋果新品將帶動台郡下半年營運，預期台郡第3季出貨將季增61%、第4季季增72%，隨著稼動率提升，毛利也將好轉。
