愛德萬測試平台 封測大廠採用

（中央社記者鍾榮峰台北2014年8月17日電）測試設備大廠愛德萬測試(Advantest)表示，第1000台V93000Smart Scale測試平台，向長期合作客戶封測大廠艾克爾(Amkor)出貨。

愛德萬測試表示，Amkor布建相關測試平台，因應Silicon Image新一代支援高畫質多媒體介面(HDMI)與行動高畫質連結(MHL)半導體產品的測試解決方案。

愛德萬測試指出，V93000多功能測試系統的可擴充式設計，機台配置可依不同速度、類比及射頻(RF)量測效能調整，可因應28奈米及未來先進製程技術的測試標準。

愛德萬測試表示，V93000測試平台也受全球晶圓封測代工廠使用，各級測試機台彼此相容，客戶可隨時按IC產量和測試需求，在不同等級平台間換用。

愛德萬測試指出，每個針腳可依個別時脈獨立運作，提供符合待測物所需的資料傳輸率，確保測試覆蓋率。通用接腳架構提供半導體設計靈活彈性與經濟效益的測試解決方案。
