《交通》國5今北向減價，車流多5％

【時報-台北電】國道5號試辦差別收費，今上午實施北向減價，根據高速公路局統計，6時到9時的北上車流量超過2700輛次，較以往週日同時段流量，增加5%。

宜蘭交流道的北上車流在11時湧現車潮，高公局啟動匝道儀控管制，車流回堵約1公里長，多數用路人仍認為差別收費的分流效果不大。(新聞來源：中時即時 簡榮輝)
