HP 可能推出 US$199 的 Windows 筆電，成為 Chromebook 殺手

Chromebook 的優勢就是通常比 Windows 筆電便宜一點（Chromebook Pixel 除外），不過一旦上圖這款傳聞中的 HP Stream 14 推出的話，那 Chromebook 就可能有難了。據指這款運行 Windows 8.1 的筆電只要價 US$199，其實在早前的傳聞中已經提及過，只是這次由 Mobile Geeks 所流出的資料更為完整。據說它 14 吋的螢幕只有 1,366 x 768 的解像度、配備較低階的 AMD A4 Micro-6400T 處理器、2GB RAM、32GB 快閃記憶體、720p 前置鏡頭、四個 Beats Audio 喇叭和 SD 讀卡器等。

如果大家覺得不夠的話，還會有使用 A10 Micro-6700 處理器、64GB 儲存量和 1080p 觸控螢幕的版本，只是售價理應會更高。而且，兩個版本都可能附送 100GB OneDrive 雲端儲存量，可跟 Chromebook 附送 Google Drive 容量的策略一較高下。根據早前的傳聞指出，Steam 14 有可能會在聖誕推出。
