國軍副食品弊案 起訴近百人

（中央社記者張榮祥台南27日電）台南地檢署偵辦軍商勾結，破獲灌水肉品賣入軍中案，繼6月起訴14人後，今天再起訴79人，包括陸海空三軍及廠商。

南檢今年4月破獲廠商涉嫌以酒色、金錢賄賂軍方人員，再把注射保水劑的灌水肉品等副食品賣入軍中，這起採購弊案遍及陸海空三軍。

南檢6月間先行起訴14人，包括2名士官、3名文職人員及9名廠商、供貨員。

南檢今天再起訴79人，包括陸軍8人、海軍14人、空軍15人、退休公務員1人及廠商業者41人。

南檢估算，賣入軍中的灌水肉品逾24萬公斤，軍人收賄逾新台幣130萬元。1030827
