國民黨今天在嘉義市港坪運動公園召開全國代表大會，警方在周邊路口實施交通管制，參選嘉義市港坪里長的異議人士陳英華先在東側路上口抗議後，上午10點多騎機車到西側的世賢路與大同路口，趁著大同路方向號誌為綠燈時，機車加速要直衝進路口管制缺口，李姓警員要攔阻時，遭直接撞擊倒地，陳英華隨即遭其他員警制伏在地並帶回偵辦，李姓警員腳部受傷，送醫治療，全案由警方偵辦中。
