解食安危機 邱文達：展開全國大稽查

衛福部部長邱文達今天重申除惡務盡的決心和行動，今天開始架上「不可以」再有不合格的豬油產品，如果再有的話，對製造商和販售商將施以嚴厲懲罰。邱文達表示，明天將展開全國性大稽查，保障民眾食品安全。

至於修法程度，邱文達說還要再討論一下，特別是全民最關心的一罪不兩罰列為優先討論，是要處七年還是十五年刑期正在蒐集意見，如果能有共識，這會期會盡力修法。

外界傳言邱文達頻頻致電立委保官位，邱文達否認，他表示，每年會期開始都會進行的例行性拜會，是行政立法相互之間的尊敬，是每個部會首長都會做的事。
