初學者好唱的經典老歌，音不要高，歌詞不要快的歌

請問有給初學者好唱的經點老歌可以推薦嗎？
國、台語不限

條件
1.音不要太高，高音上不太去
2.速度不要太快，歌詞太快，嘴巴會跟不上，要有機會可以換氣
3.不要太年輕的歌，因為聽眾都是40歲以上的，怕歌太年輕沒共鳴
4.歌最好普遍一點，太冷門怕一些卡啦ＯＫ系統裡面沒有錄製
5.可以的話，最好推薦個5~10首讓我練起來當招牌歌單使用
