衛環新召委 藍攻長照法綠補食安漏洞

立法院各委員會今天改選召委，社福衛環委員會國民黨新任召委王育敏表示，本會期優先法案包括食安法修法，關乎廢油回收的「資源循環利用法草案」，另外已經在朝野協商最後階段的長照法，她希望在重陽節（10/2）前完成協商，等總質詢結束就能送入二、三讀，當成給老人家最好禮物。

食安法修法部分，王育敏表示，等行政院版本送入立法院，會優先排案，雖然食安法先前已經修過了，但如果社會上民眾希望再加重刑期、罰款等，當然會列入優先考量。

民進黨團新上任召委田秋堇說，下星期由她排案，將會邀請部會針對食安做專案報告，主要想了解是目前全台有多少地下工廠，工業局又是如何管理？希望中央地方如何一起補食安漏洞。
