宜蘭不老節 27日樂齡登場

為長者打造不老夢想樂園，「2014宜蘭不老節」本月27日起在宜蘭登場，為期9天。宜蘭縣政府今天首發表「宜蘭不老歌」和「不老健康操」，傳達不老精神。「不老歌」由創作「天頂的月娘」作曲家潘芳烈操刀，旋律輕快，歌詞簡單，不分老少朗朗上口；「不老健康操」請來體適能專家編排，讓阿公阿嬤在歌唱之餘，也能快樂地手舞足蹈。(黃麗鳳報導)

「人生70才開始，80算什麼，90還能爬樓梯，1百也不稀奇，健健康康，快快樂樂，美麗的笑容，1234 5678 身體尚蓋勇！」

「宜蘭不老節」藉由歌曲傳唱，表達不老精神，邀請宜蘭籍知名音樂創作人潘芳烈創作「宜蘭不老歌」，歌詞呈現一個人從出生打拼到老的人生歷程，隨著年紀增長，快樂健康最重要。

宜蘭縣長林聰賢表示，為打造高齡友善城市，宜蘭縣去年起創全國之先，推出專為樂齡長者舉辦的宜蘭不老節，期盼透過活動，為長者圓夢，歡迎全國民眾帶著阿公阿媽，一起圓夢萬歲！

「2014宜蘭不老節」9月27日至10月5日，在宜蘭運動公園體育館打造「不老夢想樂園」，設有如巨星般的圓夢舞台，有不老音樂瘋、不老星光大道、不老婚紗、不老技藝等精彩樂齡演出，並且提供全國長輩不老騎士、不老棒球、不老戰士等各式夢想體驗。
