提振興股市方案? 曾銘宗:再觀察一周

對於金管會是否提出振興股市方案，金管會主委曾銘宗上午在立法院受訪表示，台股上週四、五與昨天交易量擴增到新台幣800億以上，金管會要觀察一段時間，原則上一個禮拜左右，看合不合適提出振興股市措施。

曾銘宗並說，主要看股市的量，譬如說集中市場證交所的量能不能擴增到900億以上，要進一步觀察。

曾銘宗說，振興股市的措施，金管會有在盤存，券商公會也有建議，等證期局與券商公會討論出方向後，原則上一個禮拜後大概能就緒。

至於九月份外資匯出630台幣，曾銘宗說，外資匯出的金額最近一兩個禮拜金額相對比較小，是小額匯出，但是大規模移動不太明顯，而且外資對台灣今年的淨買超有將近4000億元左右，量還很大，對台灣股市存量占集中市場也還高達36%左右還相當高。
