標題[請益] 書面與口頭薪資會有多少落差

→ balius: 基本上核薪是人資主導居多,部門經理一般只有大概的數字 10/07 22:22

→ balius: 所以最後還是會已人資核定的為準 10/07 22:22

→ balius: 核定出來比最低可接受薪資低的話多半會先連絡 10/07 22:23

→ balius: 確定可以接受(也可能再行議價)的話才會發出正式的offer 10/07 22:24

推 godwed: 之前有遇過書面比口頭多2000,當下有夠爽 10/07 22:33
