批邱毅「冷血」 九把刀無罪

前立委邱毅在臉書貼文評論太陽花學運與台北捷運隨機殺人案，筆名「九把刀」作家柯景騰也在臉書貼文批「冷血的政治垃圾」、「王八蛋」；邱自訴柯加重誹謗及公然侮辱，求償五百萬元及登報道歉。法官認為柯批評邱的文章，不是批評個人，昨天判決柯無罪，駁回求償。

九把刀得知判決結果，在臉書貼文「邱毅亂告我輸到一敗塗地啦！法院認證啦！正義是不會死的！」

台北地方法院承審法官指出，九把刀雖以「冷血的政治垃圾」、「王八蛋」、「政治垃圾」等言詞批評，但綜觀整體文章意思，主要是批評邱毅所寫的文章是「垃圾言論」，沒有比這種文章更「王八蛋」的，並非指稱邱毅個人是「垃圾、王八蛋」。雖然「冷血的政治垃圾」符合公然侮辱客觀要件，但九把刀表示這是批評邱毅在臉書發表的文章，並沒有侮辱人的主觀犯意，所以判無罪。
