學聯倡修基本法 港府：不務實

針對港府官員指出，《基本法》45條已規定提名委員會的提名權，學聯常務秘書鍾耀華強調，修改基本法是可行及有迫切性，並強調有困難是要迎難而上，希望政府官員就政改方案拿出魄力。

香港獨立媒體網報導，香港律政司長袁國強表示修改基本法的規定比修改行政長官產生辦法的規定更高、更難。袁國強說為完成絕大部份香港人的心願，落實一人一票，修改基本法並不務實。
